I would prefer a more hands-on approach.  As much as I love hearing Gary talk.  I'd learn more by trying it.

Trainer did a great job!  The online training may take care of this just fine.  Gary's delivery was reassuring and helpful.  The pictures were a little too small for me to see, both on the handout and the screen.  Text was OK.  It would be nice to have Office 2007 installed on the computers in the training room so you cold see how things look / work / right in front of you.  [Note: 2007 was on the computers, Gary Smith did not have participants use it however.]

Good discussion, but the information was too basic for me as far as how to set up your syllabus and setting goals for students.  I enjoy hearing what others are doing.  That part was valuable to me.
